How can I release the system memory?
Press the "refresh" button in the top-left corner of the Memory page. It releases approximately 35% of system memory (unless that much memory is already free).
Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the "memory release" feature — I implemented it only to silence all the user requests. Have a look at the documentation for more details:
