Why isn't the MAC address of my own device shown?

For privacy reasons, iOS doesn't let apps read the device's own MAC address, or any other identifier unique to the device, as it could be used to track users. For this reason, the MAC address isn't shown for the device on which Network Analyzer runs.

You can find the MAC address in iOS settings under Settings → General → About.
